The Excellence & Impact Awards is a pioneering event designed to shine a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of African immigrants in the U.S. This event recognizes Africans accomplishing great things and inspires and connects community members by showcasing the incredible impact these individuals have on their communities and beyond.
Set against the vibrant backdrop of Phoenix, AZ, this event promises an evening of unity, inspiration, and celebration, marking a milestone moment for African immigrants across America.

Alpha Muluh
Alpha Muluh is the visionary Founder of the Excellence and Impact Foundation Nonprofit, where he elevates African immigrants living in the U.S. by giving them a voice, increasing their visibility, and celebrating their accomplishments. With a multifaceted career dedicated to service, education, and wellness, Alpha holds Masters degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Law.
He co-founded Cadens Health and Wellness to uplift individuals battling substance abuse and mental health challenges. As a Personal and Professional Development Coach, he helps African immigrants in America find fulfillment in their careers and navigate the complexities of dual cultures.
Alpha’s contributions extend to several boards, including Global Ties Arizona, Northern Arizona Independent Oversight Committee, and the Cameroon Arizona Partnership. His accolades include being the youngest winner of the Best Customer Service Award at MTN Africa in 2001. His interests span sports, reading, public policy, international relationships, and personal development.
