The Excellence & Impact Award Night
A night to honour ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
Each year the community gathers in Phoenix to celebrate immigrant Africans whose sacrifice and service reach far beyond their own circles.
How honorees are chosen
Recognised by their peers.
Like the Grammys and the Oscars, our members cast the votes — so honorees are recognised by the people who know the work.
Nominations come from the community. Excellence & Impact members review and vote. The result is an honour with real weight: peer recognition for leadership, sacrifice and lasting contribution.
On the night
Glamour with a purpose.
A red carpet, unforgettable performances, inspiring speeches, and the crowning of the year’s honorees — an evening of joy, gratitude and a deep sense of purpose, raising support for the Foundation’s work across Healthcare, Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
