Alpha Muluh is the Founder and CEO of the Excellence & Impact Foundation, a nonprofit that elevates African immigrant change-makers in the U.S. by honoring their work, celebrating their accomplishments, and amplifying their impact to uplift and inspire others.

As an evangelist of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Alpha leverages high-value strategic partnerships in the United States to connect with impactful change-makers in Africa and drive the four core areas of Healthcare, Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership — HEEL — across the continent, building an ecosystem of knowledge-sharing for tangible, actionable outcomes.

He was recently appointed by Arizona State University as Strategic Consultant to the Director General / Dean at Thunderbird School of Global Management, providing strategic counsel to leadership and helping shape the 100 Million Learners Global Initiative in Africa and beyond through partnerships in the private and public sector.

Alpha co-founded Cadens Health and Wellness to support individuals overcoming substance abuse and mental health challenges. As a personal and professional lifestyle-redesign enthusiast, he works with African immigrants in America who feel stuck in unfulfilling careers or businesses, or who are searching for belonging while navigating dual cultures. He enjoys public speaking and sharing his Paver Pyramid Leadership Model and Compassion-in-Action Communication Framework with corporate executive teams to drive cohesion and productivity.

With master’s degrees in industrial / organizational psychology and law, an Arizona real estate license, and a labor-of-love fitness certification, Alpha’s multifaceted career is dedicated to service, education, wellness and impact. He serves on boards including Global Ties Arizona, the Northern Arizona Independent Oversight Committee, and the Cameroon Arizona Partnership, and holds memberships with the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations, the Project CURE Ambassador’s Council, and the Global Chamber — furthering his work to build bridges between communities.
