Ben Goddard

Ben is a seasoned entrepreneur and mentor with decades of experience. Born in England to a diverse family — an English father and an American mother — his early life was marked by a move across the Atlantic to Northern California that instilled a lasting spirit of adaptation and resilience.

After excelling in high school he pursued architecture in Arizona, completing trade school in 1992. Drawn back to Arizona and an emerging interest in telecommunications broadband, he began as a CAD designer in 1993. By 1996 he was working as a contractor specializing in large-project execution and self-performed engineering.

In 2000 he founded BPG Designs. Under his leadership the company grew from fewer than 10 people to over 230 professionals, with revenue exceeding $30 million annually, offering services from design and engineering to excavation and electrical work.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ben is deeply committed to community engagement and industry collaboration — round tables, mastermind groups, and roles within the Arizona Utility Contractors Association, including a term as president.

In late 2023 he stepped away from day-to-day operations at BPG to explore new ventures, returning to Next Level Growth, where he now guides business owners and leaders toward building elite organizations. His passion for mentoring is a testament to his dedication to helping others reach their full potential.
